Can I return/exchange a product I bought from Sammsara?
Welcome to Sammsara, we take great care to ensure that you’re shopping experience is smooth and seamless. As per Sammsara ‘s policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we would re-fulfil your order or refund the amount. To return or exchange a product, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, a picture of the received product clearly showing the damage/defect, contact information or call us at +918800413543 within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that any product bought online cannot be exchanged at any of our stores.

What are Store Credits?
They are ready money, which are securely stored in your account. They do not expire & can be used for any future purchases without restrictions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed after receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse & after quality checks are carried out. Store credits usually are processed within 24 hours. Credit/Debit Cards will be processed within 7 working days, this shows in your next billing, Net Banking takes 5 working days from date of approval of refund & in case of Cash on Delivery, a cheque will be couriered within 10 working days to the billing address provided in your account.
What are the guidelines of refund?
The product should be in unused condition, returned with the original packaging intact with tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping labels, invoice etc. Sammsara.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check before issuing a refund.
Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?
No, there will be no shipping charges. We arrange a reverse pick-up for every product which is wrongfully delivered or is found defective/damaged by you.
Do I need an account to shop on Sammsara.com?
No it is not mandatory to have an account to shop on Sammsara.com, you can checkout as a guest, however registering for an account has benefits like- tracking orders, accessing the wishlist, reviewing past purchases & to know about special promotions through emails sent to you by us.

The charges would be directly proportional to the volumetric weight of the item. These will be added automatically at the time of checkout.

How will the products be packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and styrofoam to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition.
Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?
We do provide you with the opportunity to create your own wishlist where you can select product(s) for further purchase. But this does not hold the product for a later date. It gives you easy access to buy that product only if the quantity is still available.
How do I find if a product is available in store?
Availability of each product is mentioned on the product page. If it is not available, it will show 'Sold Out'.
